Create your own custom stencil letters, numbers or phrases for your business, industrial application, truck, sign, boat, parking lot or decorating project. Letters and numbers can be up to 48” high and cut on any size sheet or roll of durable plastic.
Please Read Before Placing Your Custom Stencil Order:
When placing your order,
keep in mind that we measure letter height from baseline to cap-height
(bottom of the capital letter to the top of the capital letter).

with any questions about custom lettering. If you need an exact width
and height for your text or specific spacing between letters please call
us at 1-800-334-1776.
All orders are to be prepaid before any file work will commence on your stencil.
If you require expedited production of your stencil, then you
must CALL us at 800-334-1776 and you may choose from the following two options: a) Guaranteed production of your
custom stencil within 24 hours (business hours only) for $45.00 - must be ordered by 1:00 p.m. E.S.T.. Proofs must be signed and filed by 12:00 p.m. the following day. No guarantee can be honored without the proof being signed.
b) Guaranteed production of your
custom stencil within 6 hours (business hours only) for $100.00 - must be ordered by 10:00 a.m. E.S.T.. Proofs must be signed and filed by 12:00 p.m. on the day the order is placed. No guarantee can be honored without the proof being signed. NOTE: Expedited production fees cannot be refunded under any circumstances since our design and production teams have been redirected to your project, in lieu of others who have ordered prior to you, in order to complete your stencil. These fees do not include expedited shipping fees; those are calculated at the time of shipping and will be provided to you prior to leaving our warehouse. All expedited production requests must be confirmed with our Expedited Request Form via E-sign or Fax prior to commencement.
All custom stencil sales are final. There are no returns on custom stencils. Any order placed with us that is cancelled prior
to shipment will only recieve 50% of the total paid (not including any expedited production fees). Anything that has been
shipped cannot be returned. If there are any problems with your custom stencil, please contact 800-334-1776 immediately so that we can send you a correct stencil. Do NOT use the stencil as we cannot refund for any used stencil.
Once you submit your order to Stencil Ease, we
are not responsible for misspelled words that we receive. Please review
your order very carefully since we cut exactly what you send to us.
If you make phrase changes (word changes), or major size changes to your order you may be charged
an additional $35.00 change fee (expedited production is $75.00/ hour).
We are not responsible for sizing
issues that are a direct result of incorrectly entered measurements (size changes to your order you may be charged
an additional $35.00 change fee ($75.00/ hour for expedited production) or additional material costs). Please
measure all areas where you will be placing your text PRIOR to placing your
order and consider your measurements carefully - read all pertinent information
available on our web site - it is there to help you measure correctly. If you are unsure in
any way about your measurements or text, please contact us at 800-334-1776. Custom
Cutting F.A.Q. Preview works best when
using Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher and Firefox 1.0.2 or higher.
