INSTRUCTIONS:
Stencil the designs randomly or in even rows onto the
plain bag. Make coordinating gift tags by stenciling a small
portion of the design, such as the snowman's hat, on a square
of paper. For young children who want to get in on the fun,
the stencils may be used with crayons instead of paint.
