Processing
Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. E.S.T. (with the exception of holidays).
We do our best to process and ship all orders (not including custom stencils) within 3 business days of receipt, but this processing time is not guaranteed unless the customer has called and requested expedited production and processing (an expedited production fee may apply in addition to expedited shipping fees).
Most times orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days.

Orders will be shipped Priority Mail, Ground UPS, FedEx Home Delivery
Service or Regular Mail Service. Please allow 10-14 business days from the time of order for delivery. Orders containing our Stencil Adhesive
Spray or Ink Cartridges can only be shipped UPS Ground service or
FedEx Home Delivery Service.
Some custom
lettering stencil orders or custom graphic stencil orders may take
longer. If you place your order online, you will automatically be
emailed an order confirmation when we receive your order. When your
order ships, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation with a tracking
link. This link will allow you to check the location and delivery
status/date of your order through UPS, FedEx, or USPS. If you would
like to receive your items sooner than 10-14 days, please call customer service at 800-334-1776 to discuss alternate
shipping options and processing times - an expedited production fee may apply.

- *PLEASE NOTE: 2nd Day or Next Day Air is only guaranteed from the
time the product departs from our warehouse which can be up to 3 business days (during normal business hours Monday - Friday) from the time
the order is placed, with the exception of custom stencils. The customer may call and request expedited production and processing if they need it to go the same day or the next day; however, an expedited production fee may apply in addition to expedited shipping fees.

Orders are sent via US Mail for $15.00 to AK and HI. Puerto
Rico and APO/FPO addresses are charged $8.50. Please allow
two additional days (from ground shipping schedule) for
delivery.

Return
Policy
Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. If your stencil
is damaged please let us know so we can send you a replacement. If
you wish to return your damaged stencil, then return the (originally
shipped) damaged stencil within 15 days and you will receive a full
refund. Sales and closeout merchandise are not eligible for returns.
All other returns of unopened (stocked*)products must be returned within 30 days of the order date and are subject
to a 15% restocking and processing charge. If the customer refuses the package and UPS charges Stencil Ease a return fee, then that amount will be deducted in addtiion to the 15% restocking fee. If a product has been used,
no refund will be given. Shipping charges are not refundable except in the case of damaged
merchandise.
*NOTE: If your stencil was a custom
cut or re-sized there are no refunds of any kind. As soon as you
place your custom order, our design team starts working on your custom
stencil. Therefore, there are no returns on custom cut stencils.
If your custom cut stencil is defective in any way, we will promptly
ship you a new one at no charge.
Please call 1-800-334-1776 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization
number. All returns must be clearly marked with the RMA Number and
returned in their original packaging within 7 business days of receiving
your Return Merchandise Authorization number. Returns of any kind
without a RMA number and not received within 7 business days will
not be accepted. Credit/refunds will be processed within 30 days
of receiving merchandise.
Please reference your name and invoice number so we can refund your
account.
If you will be returning your order, we kindly ask that you follow
these simple instructions.
- Call
800-334-1776 ext. 0 to let us know you will be returning a product.
(Please, have your order number available.)
- All
merchandise must be returned in the same shipping carton or
one of equal size (We do not refund for shipping).
- Ship
the return with a method that can provide you with a proof of
delivery.
- For
stencils: Be sure not to fold, or crush mylar. If the stencils
are returned damaged we may not be able to issue a refund. For
Paint: Be sure to pad paint properly so jars don't break or
open during shipping.
- We
do not refund for used merchandise unless it is defective.
International
Orders
There is a $50.00 minimum for any order shipping outside the USA.
