We will be marking the floor of our warehouse starting with our 125 mil LLDPE forklift stencil. Thoroughly shake your Krylon Pro Marking Spray Paint then load it into the Krylon Inverted Marking Wand. To use spray paint with any stencil you will want to use a spray box. A spray box is a box with no hole in the bottom that prevents over spray around the edges of the stencil design. Move your spray box around on the stencil as you paint the design with broad, overlapping strokes. Once you have completely covered the design, carefully lift the stencil off the floor without smudging the paint.
Use Repositionable Spray Adhesive on the back of your stencil and allow it 30 seconds to become tacky before pressing it into place. This fire extinguisher safety stencil has been cut on a thinner material, our 10 mil mylar. With the stencil in place we will be using the Diagraph Oneshot Inkroller to quickly and easily mark our fire extinguisher symbol. Simply lift the stencil off the wall, let the ink dry, and your symbol is good to go!
The Diagraph Oneshot Inkroller works great on most surfaces from wood to glass to metal. After using Repositionable Spray Adhesive to press the stencil details down to the surface just roller the Oneshot Inkroller over the design. You should not press the inkroller down as you stencil or else you could force in beneath the stencil edges. With the design entirely filled in you can remover the stencil from your surface!
