Note:  We've mentioned the method used to disinfect the work space & tools. You can use any disinfectant. Experts recommend rubbing alcohol or diluted bleach.  Please insert the material you used.

Hello, my name is                    .

We are wondering if you are in need of face shields? My family is able to produce 50 face shields by Tuesday, April 7th. Would you be able to receive them, and if so, how should we drop them off? Per our safety protocol, all individuals who are manufacturing them, are not ill and have not been for one week, and are currently making them in a clean space, where all surfaces have been cleaned with a 70% alcohol solution.You can? Wonderful. Where should we drop them off?

Sample Letter to Include with Delivery

Dear X  Hospital:

We are happy to donate 50 face shields to help you stay safe in your fight against viruses. 

Please note: Per our safety protocol, all individuals who assembled them are not ill and have not been for one week. We are making them in a clean space, where all equipment and surfaces have been cleaned with a 70% alcohol solution. With that said, please note that these are not FDA-regulated medical devices, and have not been manufactured to the same degree of sterility as face masks or other items that directly interface with mucous membranes.
