Video Tutorial for Warehouse Safety Stencil Marking
Make safety the top priority in your company's warehouse with Stencil Ease's collection of warehouse marking stencils. Our selection of warehouse marking stencils features a range of important symbols from poison to flammable. In this tutorial we feature:
Forklift Traffic Stencil
Fire Extinguisher Safety Symbol
High Voltage Safety Symbol
Krylon Pro Marking Spray Paint
Krylon Inverted Marking Wand
Diagraph Oneshot Inkroller
We will be marking the floor of our warehouse starting with our 125 mil LLDPE forklift stencil. Thoroughly shake your Krylon Pro Marking Spray Paint then load it into the Krylon Inverted Marking Wand. To use spray paint with any stencil you will want to use a spray box. A spray box is a box with no hole in the bottom that prevents over spray around the edges of the stencil design. Move your spray box around on the stencil as you paint the design with broad, overlapping strokes. Once you have completely covered the design, carefully lift the stencil off the floor without smudging the paint.
Use Repositionable Spray Adhesive on the back of your stencil and allow it 30 seconds to become tacky before pressing it into place. This fire extinguisher safety stencil has been cut on a thinner material, our 10 mil mylar. With the stencil in place we will be using the Oneshot Inkroller to quickly and easily mark our fire extinguisher symbol. Simply lift the stencil off the wall, let the ink dry, and your symbol is good to go!
The Oneshot Inkroller works great on most surfaces from wood to glass to metal. After using Repositionable Spray Adhesive to press the stencil details down to the surface just roller the Oneshot Inkroller over the design. You should not press the inkroller down as you stencil or else you could force in beneath the stencil edges. With the design entirely filled in you can remover the stencil from your surface!
Why Use Curb Painting Stencils?
Hand-painting numbers and letters on a curb is harder than it looks. Uneven spacing, wobbly lines, and paint bleed can turn a simple project into a frustrating afternoon. Our curb painting stencils take the guesswork out of the process and deliver crisp, uniform results every time.
Here's what makes them worth it:
- Professional appearance: Clean, sharp lines that look like they were done by a pro, even if it's your first time.
- Easy to use: No special skills or tools required. Position, spray or roll, and you're done.
- Affordable: A one-time purchase that pays for itself over and over, especially if you're painting multiple addresses or properties.
- Durable and reusable: Our stencils are built to last through repeated use, so whether you're doing one curb or fifty, they hold up.
Popular Applications
Our curb number stencils are most commonly used for residential address marking, making house numbers visible from the street for delivery drivers, guests, and first responders. But the uses go well beyond that. Contractors and neighborhood painting services use a curb stencil kit for address painting across entire subdivisions in a single weekend. HOAs and property managers rely on them to maintain a consistent, polished look throughout their communities.
Beyond addresses, our collection includes team logos, mascots, custom messages, and decorative designs. These are great for adding school spirit to a driveway edge, marking reserved parking areas, or dressing up commercial properties with branded curb markings.
Common surfaces our stencils work well on include:
- Concrete curbs
- Asphalt
- Brick edging and pavers
- Painted or sealed surfaces
